Delivery
We offer home delivery to every UK postcode (excluding Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland).
As a company we are constantly re-evaluating the current corona virus situation and our ability to offer our customers the best possible support and service. The safety and well-being of our staff, their families and of course our customers are our main priority. We will still need to adhere to social distancing guide lines so we ask that when the delivery team are inside your property you respect the guidelines and give them space to work.
We aim to deliver appliances within 3-5 working days, but this can vary due to circumstances out of our control.
All deliveries within 10 miles from our location is FREE and will be made by our own drivers.
All deliveries over 10 miles are chargeable at our standard rate and will normally be made through our trusted pallet courier Palletways. Pallet delivery is always a kerbside or doorstep delivery service which means customers would need to arrange for the item to be removed from the pallet and taken inside.
Please remember the products we deliver are often big and heavy items to lift, so when using our own drivers, where we are able to bring the appliance inside for you, there will be certain occasions when we may be unable to get it into your property. Lots of steps, narrow corridors, radiators and restricted parking are all things that may hinder our ability to deliver; it is your responsibility to ensure access to your property. In situations where we cannot gain access, we may be able to offer delivery to the nearest point possible e.g. your garage, so you can make arrangements to get the product in to your property. If we believe successful re-delivery is viable when you have taken the necessary measures, we will attempt another delivery, however we reserve the right to not re-attempt delivery; in this case we will always give you a full refund.
Failed deliveries as a result of the customer not being present at the delivery time, poor access or change of mind once the product has been despatched will still be charged and any re-delivery required thereafter charged again at the full rate.
If products are paid for by credit/debit card, we will deliver to the billing address of the card used to make payment.

Collection
All customers are welcome to collect their purchased item(s) from our store during our working hours of 9.30am to 5.30pm weekdays (excluding public holidays) and 10.30am to 5.30pm on Saturdays.
Please ensure you have selected this option on checkout as some items are in our warehouse and we would require 24 hours notice to make this available to collect from our store. All orders that are purchased before 12.00pm may be available to collect the same day. Please call us on 01204 796815 for further information
